As China’s resources has been quickly consumed and world economic integration speeds up, quite a few Chinese enterprises are going overseas, under nation’s macroscopic guidelines, to develop resources through merge and acquisition with some successful cases. The enterprises-merge and acquisition, that is not only a financial transaction, can be regarded as a success by their succeeding post-operation. It is a real key point. This paper studies the operating issues after transnational merge and acquisition in resources sector, and presents approaches attempting to give reference to Chinese resource enterprises.

As land consolidation and development blooms, it becomes more difficult to manage projects, which demands a new management from the traditional ones. This paper gives an introduction to the remote sensing application in land consolidation in Beijing, and concludes that the comprehensive project management shall combine with advanced technology and feasible system, which can make project management achieve the anticipated effect.

The price system of rural collective-owned lands includes benchmark land-price for agricultural land and regional integrated price for land requisition, which were both confined to agricultural land; hence, this paper, based on a tentative practice on the benchmark price of rural collective-owned construction lands establishment, discusses some issues in gradation and calculation of collective-owned construction lands, aiming to provide a reference for optimizing measures for circulation of rural collective-owned construction lands.
